Who Are We?

Lake Harvest was formed in 1997 to process and market internationally, tilapia produced exclusively to the highest standards from our fish farm.
Chosen specifically for its 300km of pristine water, our farm is situated on Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe, protected from heavy industry, and surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife.

Our fish - white, moist fillets with a light delicate taste - are produced to the highest quality by a combination of natural farming techniques and state of the art equipment. Because we ensure complete control of the process from feed ingredients to breeding, right through to distribution in Europe, we can offer unrivalled traceability and consistent food security.
